I began my Fitness Profession at a studio in Lancaster, AV Fitness Pros, eventually opening my own Mobile Personal Training Business, Muscles in Motion. Currently, I am employed with the Antelope Valley YMCA, as a Healthy Lifestyle Counselor, Group Exercise Instructor, and resident Weight Loss Specialist.
